The legend tells that in 805 Carlemany founds Andorra to express its gratitude to the assistance provided against the “sarraïns” war. But the first known document about the country is the gift of “Carles el Calvo” to the Sunifred First, Count of Urgell de la Cerdanya, the year 843.

Much has rained since then and those many years have left an incalculable cultural heritage: as the church of Santa Coloma one of the most singular in the Principality or the building of Casa la Vall, the oldest parliaments in Europe.

Furthermore you can discover more than 15 museums: as the automobile museum, electricity museum, tobacco  museum (one of the most important economical activities in Andorra), Romanesque art, churches, among others.
