Reservations

Once chosen the activity do you want to realize, you have to book it with an advance of minimum 48 hours:

• By e-mail address at activitats@sporthotels.ad
• By telephone: +376 870 602
• Directly at any reception of the Resort

Cancellations

All the activities are subject to availability and/or adverse meteorological conditions; in case of bad weather we will try as far as possible to postpone the realization of the chosen activity.

The cancellation conditions depend on the specific conditions of each activity. In the majority of cases, the cancelation of the activity with a previous notification of 24 hours will be without any surcharge. In other cases, could be of 48 hours (external collaborators). Anyway, we cordially pray you to ask please, the activity conditions you have chosen.

In case of cancellation of less than 24 hours or no show, the 100% of the activity cost will be invoiced.

If you want to cancel the activity you have to:

• Notify by writing, at the e-mail address: activitats@sporthotels.ad, with the subject: activity cancelation and the booking number
• Alert through telephone: at the number +376 870 602

Responsibility of the realization of the activity

The totally of the information relating to the safety and operating rules will be provided. The contracting enterprise will be exonerated of any type of responsibility related to the activity chosen. For further information, please, ask at our activities team.
